Do I REGRET Buying My CFMoto 700CL-X 2 Months Later??
The CFMoto 700CL-X has proven to be a VERY polarizing bike. Some of you have absolutely loved it, and some you have been pretty vocal about your hatred towards the brand and how I'll end up regretting my purchase sooner rather than later.
So...2 months and ~600 miles later...do I actually REGRET buying the 700CL-X, or has it turned out to be as awesome as I'd hoped?? And more importantly, should YOU buy one? Ya gotta watch to find out!

Переглядів 34 тис.День тому
"Which one is better, the Honda Rebel 500 or the Honda SCL500??" That is BY FAR the most asked question I've got ever since buying my SCL500 last year. And now that I own a Rebel 500 again (my 3rd one!) I figured it's the perfect time to finally give you guys the answer! But the answer might not be what you think... HUGE thank you to @coffmansexhaust2861 for sponsoring today's video! They make ...

A Bucket List Ride to the Loneliest Road In Maryland
Переглядів 10 тис.21 день тому
They call this ride to Hooper's Island "Maryland's Loneliest Road", and for good reason. Hoopers Island Road spans nearly 9 scenic miles, with many stretches of the road having nothing but water and nature as far as the eyes can see. This "lonely road" once brought you to all three sections of Hooper's Island, however the lowest island is no longer accessible anymore as it's been slowly lost to...
Being Around Harleys Made THIS Rebel 1100 Issue Obvious
Переглядів 39 тис.Місяць тому
I spent a week down in Daytona Beach at Bike Week earlier this year, and I gotta be honest- all that time around Harley Davidsons and Indians really made it apparent that there was something lacking with the Honda Rebel 1100... That week really drove home the fact that, compared to Harleys and Indians, the Rebel 1100 has NO SUPPORT for modifications, upgrades, or accessories! And that goes for ...
Cutting Up My New CFMoto 700CL-X (Again) For THIS
Переглядів 6 тис.Місяць тому
Just a few mods in and the new CFMoto 700CLX is starting to come together great! After today the bike is WAY more practical with the SW Motech saddlebags, and it looks better to boot! Now...what mods should we do to the 70CL-X next? (Preferably something that does NOT involve cutting/hacking lmao) Get your 700CLX mirror block offs here- amzn.to/4aaHjRr Get your 700CLX bar end mirrors here- amzn...
After My Last SCL500 Video, It's Clear What Has To Happen...
Переглядів 16 тис.Місяць тому
After reading through all the comments from my last SCL500 video, it's really no secret what needs to happen now...it HAS to go. The number plate that is! I don't agree with the decision, but since enough of you said the same thing, it's time to find a solution. So I came up with 3 new ideas for the CL500 now that we have all this extra space from swapping out the stock exhaust- new black numbe...

Riding season is upon us! I'm super pleased with how the XR150 is coming together, especially after these cheap, easy, and effective upgrades! Now all th...

I’ve been SUPER impressed with this CFMOTO 700CL-X so far, and for how cheap I got it for, it really can’t be beat! Leave some comments and let me know what content you want to see with the new bike, any que...
The Honda XR150L Gets Some CHEAP & EASY Added Power!
Переглядів 24 тис.2 місяці тому
It’s time to add a bit of power and responsiveness to the Honda XR150L, while also fixing how lean these things come from the factory! Today we’re de-restricting the stock XR150 air box in two different ways, then cracking open the carburetor to re-jet both the main jet and the pilot jet. After taking off the air box snorkel, taking off the air filter screen, jetting the main jet to a 110, jett...

What a CRAZY start to Daytona Bike Week 2024!! It's only day 1 down here on the Indian FTR's, and we've already rode ALL day since 8am, been to an Indian Ambassador's ride, whipped around in a Roush Edition Slingshot (?!), seen madness at the Daytona International Speedway, gotten absolutely DRENCHED in rain, been pulled over, AND MORE! Cheap and inexpensive are two different things... 15-18 years ago I wouldn't have bought a Chinese bike. But they have been seriously hitting hard in the market, quality and price point, simply incredible... I have had three of them so far!! And have not regretted these purchases at all! If you have a ton of money, sure you can buy any bike. But still, some Chinese bikes are really good looking...😊
Just found this video, how did it work out long term?
Why buy from ukraine? Nazis don’t need even more of our money.
Burch, do they make a sissy bar for the navi?
Quiet is better to me. Riding to me has never been about looks or being cool. Its about moving in the funnest way possible. That's on two wheels.
Thank you for this. Will try with Royal Enfield. (Tight tuck, of course).
I had this bike a few years ago, and re jetting is the best thing you can do to it. They come stupidly lean and as you experienced, after re jetting works much much better
In 2018 I had a cfmoto nk400 (same powerplant as your 700 but only smaller) and it had the same snatchy throttle and the same 6 or 1 gear indicator issue. I can't believe they didn't fix these issues yet About #3, you need street cred to ride? Do your thing man, whatever others think, who cares
Sadly they're not ADR compliant here ( non registerable ) in Australia
Not to mention, with their Rebel DCT being the only automatic cruiser on the market, there's likely to be an influx of new riders who choose the Rebel 1100 just for that reason
I like the Honda Rebel looks less cheap.
Thanks for the honest review. Too many faults with this bike, none of which I’ve ever had with any Honda I’ve owned. You get what you pay for !
Wondering the fit difference of using the Burly handlebars vs the risers for that look and comfort. I think the 12" are too much but dunno would have to sit on the bike I guess.
i definently think that the issues are different when it comes to the sport and the stock heritage becuase the only issue that i run into with my 700clx sport is the cruise control. also from what ive seen from other riders if you get the gear indicator replaced it fixes that issue
bargain bro
Where did you record this video? Looks like a cool area
It's a good bike. Some kids are just picky.
Same thing happened to my 450SR saying it's in neutral then when i let go of the clutch it just stalled.
as a new 1100t owner i appreciate your "bitching" around vids because i learn so much about how to fix stuff i hope i will never have ^^
Cfmoto owns a large portion of ktm and has a lot of their technology. It's like the baby brother of KTM.
i clearly dont know too much about motorcycles yet but are you still shifting even though its automatic??
Dude Get you a Harley
I miss your navi vids.
Garbage 😅
Thanks been so undecided about NBT gear loved you opinion on the subject
I would bet that you can't get parts for it if you have a Problem .
Would you make a complete video Budget improvement total video? Navi Nation
I don't own a rebel 1100, but it is a shame that the aftermarket doesn't really support it. It's a badass bike that can kick a lot of other bikes ass. For the price, there is no reason they shouldn't fly off the show room floors.
i had a 2021 softtail slim, it had the 107 and that ripped!!!!
Good to know which companies to avoid in the future based on their poor customer service. Really pathetic Corbin
Dog my Ibex 800 ran over my foot and took off into the grass one time.
Literally started in neutral and ran over my foot and fell over too the right in the grass.
Well in first, but said it was in neutral.
learn the quirks and take responsibility, where is your street cred?
I would've just stayed in the barn 🤔 why set up a tent next to a barn??? 🤣
They have the 2024 rebel 1100T now ...manual shift. It's a little cheaper than the dct
can you try putting passenger foot pegs with this coffman exhaust?
I put at least 20k miles on my bike unless I hate it (I only have 1 or 2 bikes in my possession at any given time). I'll wait some more and see how well these CF Motos hold up over time.
I've got a 10 year old one with 40,000 Kms here in Australia that works perfectly. Some of the bolts rusted and some of the paint was crap, but it's as reliable as a tank. Only issue it has ever had was it needed a new ECU and a small oil leak from an o-ring that needed replacing. So pretty good, no worse than anything else I've owned. The ECU is a known problem but the new ones don't have that issue. Was going to buy an MT07 or MT09, but realised I don't really need either and will just keep the cfmoto
@@christopherpekel6096 I didn't know CFMoto have been selling their bikes outside of China for over 10 years. That's kind of awesome, man.
@@911Salvage I think there's a lot of denial and a preconceived opinion about all this Chinese stuff. It's just the 70's with the Japanese all over again. As with any bike or brand, the people who get a lemon voice it the loudest online...
"I took that turn like sh#t"- proceeds to make up for it w exrta fast zoom 😂 - edit- Steps to do when i get the clx- check for updates to fix ecu and and computer softwear -dont use cruise control - buy a new kickstand -tuuuuuuuniing 😂
Multifunctional is the word you were trying to think of towards the beginning of the video
Owesomen chanel, mr. Birchi, I made own and is quite deep a bit louder. 😂 I can also tune it with a moving internal reducer of just 1/2 ". Anyone intersted i can tell what order cheap. No welding nor breaking the original seal, something i dont like about all those slip ons.
I chose a rebel 300 abs becuz its lighter weight
YN always came off as butthurt and a bit sinophobic ngl. The specific moment i was put off of his videos was when he referred to the CFMoto as a "wonton bike." Like say what you will abt CFMoto but damn 😭
I’m old. I like a rear fender instead of the license plate hanging on a weird arm. 100 years ago Harley developed the Jiffy Stand™️. When there’s weight on the stand it cannot be retracted. N00bs to H-D are freaked out about it until they get used to it. I’m guessing that like many bikes, including my Moto Guzzi, the gear position is calculated by speed and rpm. It doesn’t know what gear it is in until it can compare the speed to the rpm. As someone who follows racing I’m a fan of CFMoto in Moto3 and Moto2. Finally I don’t care what anyone thinks of my bikes.
CFMoto is a good bike for someone getting into motorcycling. Here CFMoto failed and have barely been able to make any major impact into the market. The issues were with after markets service. Yes, they are cheap.
I am so glad Honda has automatic for riders who just want to ride. Driving a manual car is a challenge for me so this is perfect for the type of ride I want and need. But I have to say your bike set up sold me on the Honda 1100. I can’t wait to get mine!!
A great video, thanks. Just wanted to know if the CL500 can be lowered a bit so there isn't such a difference in the seat height. I had Rebel 500 which I loved and had my eye on the CL500 but I'm now worried it is too tall for me.
Day 1 of telling burch to buy a cbr1000
Love my Navi!! Navi nation!
I am looking for a backrest rack suggestions?
My navi takes me to 46, I want to put a caution triangle on back.
It is a 2019y model? With 150mm suspension? Or its newer with 120mm?
I guess it's the old story of 'you get what you pay for'. Yes they are cheaper when new but you lose most of their value when you come to resell and considering they are cheaper in the US, they must be really cheap in Asia and maybe almost thought of as 'disposable' by the manufacturer, so you ride it till it's too expensive to fix and then strap it, which is kind of the Chinese mindset for products anyway, hence the lack of parts/upgrades etc 🤔
Wrong.
